Representative Stutes moved and asked unanimous consent that the

    HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 31                                                                                          
    Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                                              
    the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 37,                                                                
    relating to the Board of Pharmacy; relating to the licensing of                                                             
    certain entities and inspection of certain facilities located outside                                                       
    the state; relating to drug supply chain security; and creating a                                                           
     position of executive administrator for the Board of Pharmacy.                                                            
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
